Return conditions
For your return to be valid, returned jewelry must be in new condition and complete with its original packaging (box & pouch) and warranty card. Without this, we will not be able to process your return.
We ask you to contribute to the return costs, the amount will be deducted when your order is refunded.
Personalized jewelry is not eligible for returns. Thank you for your understanding.
